Damaged Orders

  • If your coffee bag arrives damaged or with a hole, please take a clear photo of the item immediately and email us at [email protected]. We’ll be happy to issue a replacement or refund.

Perishable Product Policy

  • Because our coffee is a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns once the order has been delivered.
