Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments through secure third-party providers.

Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping. Delivery typically takes 3–4 business days, but actual times may vary depending on the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

  • Because coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns. If your coffee bag arrives damaged, please email a photo to [email protected] for a replacement or refund.

Product Availability

  • We do our best to keep all items in stock, but availability is not guaranteed. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a refund if payment has already been made.

Use of Our Products

  • Our coffee is intended for personal consumption only. Resale without permission is not allowed.

Limitation of Liability

  • XYLA Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.
